Move-In Guide

Welcome to The Main on University, Let’s get you moved in!

Before Your Move-In Day

To expedite your move-in process, make sure you have paid your first installment and the Resident Shield fee.

Please pay before 8/1/2024.

Your first installment must be paid in full prior to move-in before you can receive your apartment keys.

Paying online is quick and easy!

  • You can make your payments via the Resident Portal 
  • Via the Resident Portal select “Need to Sign Up?”
  • Select “Make a Payment”
  • Add your account
  • Pay
  • An instructional email would have been sent to you following your initial lease approval. If you have any questions, please contact our team.

  2. E-check (checking or savings account)

Resident Shield takes the place of a traditional security deposit and is non-refundable. Resident Shield is required upon lease signing or lease renewal.

What To Bring

One of the most incredible things about living at The Main on University is our appliance and furniture packages. Here is a list of what is included in your apartment and suggestions for essentials you may want to bring.

Parking

All numbered parking deck spaces are reserved. To reserve a spot there is a $60/month parking fee.

If you have chosen reserved parking, you will be assigned a space at move-in.

Maintenance

To submit a regular maintenance request you can go online to your resident portal.

Requests are typically completed within 48 hours.

For after hour maintenance emergencies, please call (571) 832-7134

Utilities

Your utilities included with rent are internet and trash removal. Electric and water will be billed separately.

Electric & Water

Electric & Water are billed back automatically each month by Conservice, a third-party utility billing company. After move in, you will begin receiving bills via mail. Once you receive your first bill you will have the option to register and pay online.
